Hey,

I've been offline for a few weeks.

Not by choice.

I ended up in the hospital.

Congestive heart failure.

A stroke (that I didn't even know I'd had).

Pneumonia.

And it got bad enough that they put me in a medically induced coma for two and a half days.

So... yeah.

That happened.

I'm home now.

Doing rehab.

Working with doctors.

Taking the meds.

Doing everything I'm supposed to do.

And every day is a little better than the day before.

But I'm not gonna lie...

This was a wake-up call.

A BIG one.

The Thing Nobody Talks About

I've spent 25+ years helping agency owners build businesses that don't burn them out.

And I genuinely believe in that work.

But somewhere along the way...

I forgot to take my own advice.

I pushed too hard.

I ignored the signals.

I said yes to too many things.

I told myself "I'll slow down after this project."

Or "I'll rest when things calm down."

But things never calm down.

Not unless you MAKE them calm down.

And I didn't.

So my body made the decision for me.

What I'm Doing Differently Now

I'm slowing down.

I'm saying no more often.

I'm protecting my time.

I'm prioritizing my health.

Because I've got a lot more work to do.

And I can't do any of it if I'm dead.

So if you've emailed me and I haven't responded yet... I will.

If you've been waiting on something from me... I'm getting to it.

But I'm doing things differently now.

Because I have to.

And honestly?

I should've done this a long time ago.

And If You Need Help Seeing Your Own Blind Spots...

One thing this whole experience taught me:

I couldn't see what was broken in my own business.

I was too close to it.

Too deep in the weeds.

Too convinced I had it under control.

Sound familiar?

That's why my partner Gulliver and I built the Agency Audit series.

Five different audits.

Each one designed to show you EXACTLY where you're bleeding time, money, or sanity:

Scope Creep Audit — Find out how much revenue you're giving away for free

Time Suck Audit — See where your hours are actually going (spoiler: not where you think)

Sales Closing Audit — Figure out why your proposals go silent

Lead Generation Audit — Diagnose why your pipeline isn't filling

Underpricing Audit — Calculate what you're REALLY making per hour (it's probably less than you think)

90 minutes with Gulliver.

He'll walk through your business.

Find the leaks.

Show you exactly how to fix them.

No fluff. No theory. Just "here's what's broken and here's how to plug it."

And if it makes sense...

We'll talk about the Agency Insider Mastermind (the $3K/month program where we actually work WITH you to implement this stuff).

But even if you don't join...

You'll walk away with a clear roadmap.

Why I'm Telling You This

Because some of you are headed down the same path.

You're working 70-hour weeks.

You're ignoring the chest pain.

You're telling yourself "just one more month."

You're pushing through exhaustion because you think that's what it takes.

And maybe it is.

But at some point...

Your body sends you a bill.

And you can't negotiate with it.

I got lucky.

I'm still here.

But a lot of people don't get that chance.

So if this is YOUR wake-up call...

Take it.

Slow down.

Say no.

Protect your time.

Build a business that doesn't require you to sacrifice your health to keep it running.

Because your business can wait.

Your health can't.

Thanks for being patient.

Thanks for caring.

And thanks for being part of this community.

I'll see you on the other side of this.
