Hey,
Client meeting last month:
"We need more leads."
"Okay, how many leads do you get now?"
"Um... we don't really track that."
"How many do you need?"
"More."
The Problem:
Asking for "more" without knowing what you have.
Why It Never Works:
Can't measure success No clear target to hit "More" could mean anything
The Fix:
Always start with actual numbers:
"We get 50 leads per month, need 100."
Now we have a real goal.
Takes one minute to count what you currently have.
Real targets get real results.
